Number of Indian news site like Then Indian Express, Hindustan Times has also confirmed the validity of this news. The official website of Freedom 251 also proudly announced about their upcoming smartphone.

Now, please do not get distracted because of its unbelievable price tag. This phone is powered by a 1.3GHz Quadcore Processor with 1GB RAM. Internal capacity of this phone is 8GB. However, if you need more storage, simply add an SD card (upto 32GB) on the phone and you are good to go. This phone would be running on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

With a 4" qHD IPS Display, this phone may not rule the world but it's good enough to play number of games and videos. Not so impressive but you should find dual camera (3.2MP AF Rear & .3MP front ) on this phone. This phone comes with a 1450 mAh battery. Even though the company did not get into more specifics but I am assuming it would be a lithium ion battery. If all these specs doesn't impress you, smile now because you will get one year warranty on this phone. At a price tag of around $4, I am not quite sure which company would give your phone a year of warranty? No, that's what I call impressive.
