Lindsay is a Culinary Dietitian. Her passion for food started during her childhood while growing up in Los Angeles, where she developed a love for globally-flavored foods, particularly those of the Mediterranean. While working as a personal chef for a health-conscious client, Lindsay realized the importance of understanding the science behind nutrition and the benefits of various foods. This realization led them to return to graduate school to become Registered Dietitians.
Lindsay is particularly passionate about helping individuals lead heart-healthy lifestyles, whether for prevention purposes or for those with high blood pressure or heart failure.
