She is a health enthuasiast. Besides this, she is studying nutrition but not a GP, nor a, dietician. She is interested in health, fitness and feeling good. She does believe that getting proper nutrition and fitness makes a woman the best she wants to be. She says that she is not an expert but loves what she does. She has a passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals.
