Anjali is a board-certified health coach, author, wife, mom, and food enthusiast residing in Seattle, WA, originally from the SF Bay area. With a passion for delicious food and a desire to make healthy eating easy, tasty, and fun, she serves as the Nutritionist and Health Coach behind her blog. She shares healthy, family-friendly, and kid-friendly recipes that are easy to make and taste great. Besides these, she is a self-taught chef, cookbook author, and a board-certified health coach.

Anjali completed her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and her nutrition certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her mission is to promote healthy living for the whole family, including picky eaters and provides health tips, insights, and resources for parents and kids of all ages.

Anjali prioritizes eating lots of plant-based foods with a little indulgence here and there. She is a vegetarian and has raised her kids to be vegetarian as well. However, her recipes are not limited to vegetarians and are enjoyed by meat-eaters as well.

Anjali's blog is a place of no judgment and no diets. She believes in healthy eating but not at the cost of deprivation. She thinks that one can have their cake and eat it too.
