Ani is a plant-based chef, recipe developer, food photographer, and videographer. From a young age, she has had a passion for cooking and assisting her mother in the kitchen. Despite initially creating more disasters than successful dishes, Ani is grateful for her patient mother's love and guidance in cultivating her love for cooking.

After exploring various career paths, Ani found herself uncertain about her future direction. Then she decided to pursue her dream in New York City. She graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute, now a part of the Institute of Culinary Education, in 2015. Following her graduation, Ani launched her YouTube channel with the goal of inspiring people to cook healthier meals without compromising taste or flavor, even though she admits she was uncertain about what she was doing at the time.

Over the years, Ani has appreciated every moment, recipe, and experience that has contributed to her journey. She strives to create the most delicious and unapologetically plant-based recipes possible, hoping to encourage others to explore and try plant-based meals. Ani firmly believes that plant-based and vegan recipes do not have to be bland or uninteresting dishes that need to be coerced onto friends and family. Instead, they can be made from fresh and wholesome ingredients, resulting in absolutely delicious food that promotes health and well-being.
