Beth is as well as a writer, public speaker, and self-awareness trainer, who has served in leadership roles in the media, higher education, and non-profit sectors. She holds a master's degree in Communications from the University of Hartford, and another in Yoga Therapy and Mind/Body Health from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

With over twenty years of experience in teaching and mentoring yoga students, teachers, and therapists from across the globe, Beth has successfully helped them implement the five-layer model of self-awareness in their professional work and personal practice. Moreover, Beth developed a curriculum to introduce the five-layer model of self-awareness to children in after-school and summer camp programs.

Beth writes for mainstream audiences, with the aim to inspire, inform, and entertain. Her published works include blog posts, newsletters, short stories, and magazine articles on personal growth, self-awareness, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.

Being a writer and teacher, Beth’s expertise lies in presenting complex concepts and ideas in a manner that encourages practical application to real-life situations. With over forty-eight years of experience in executive management, including working for an NBC broadcasting affiliate and various non-profit organizations, Beth has honed her skills in PR and marketing, production, writing, editing, and appearing on camera.

Beth is the proud owner of ProYoga Therapeutics, a Connecticut-based yoga therapeutics practice. Her passion for helping individuals achieve self-awareness and wellness is evident in all her endeavors, and her extensive experience and knowledge have helped countless individuals improve their lives.
