She aims to assist individuals in the process of healing and unlearning the negative messages they may have received from society, media, doctors, family, or friends, regarding their eating habits and body.
In addition, Carrie approaches her work with a sense of curiosity. Her mission is to help people understand the reasons behind their eating habits and to support their minds, body, and soul. She goes beyond simply focusing on what an individual eats and places emphasis on exploring the why and how of eating.
