Sally is an experienced teacher who spent nine years teaching kindergarten before leaving her job to be with her children. She made the decision to homeschool her children in 2000 and has been enjoying the journey ever since. With two daughters who have graduated from college and a son who is expected to graduate in 2023, Sally has gained valuable experience in the field of homeschooling.

In addition, Sally enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with other homeschooling families by teaching creative writing and history co-op classes to students, as well as facilitating homeschooling workshops for parents. As a Christian blogger and speaker, Sally encourages parents to live victoriously and to courageously share their faith with the next generation. Sally is also a freelance writer, and her writing can be found in print and online publications worldwide, including The Old Schoolhouse.

Sally and her husband of over 30 years reside in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and are blessed with three children, two sons-in-law, and several grandchildren. Her passion for homeschooling and her dedication to helping others makes her a valuable resource in the homeschooling community.
